As a Campalin Innovator, You hold the ability to initiate transformation! In every college, a group or committee shall emerge, christened as the Campalin Innovators, whose purpose will be to channel and accelerate this metamorphosis. As the mastermind behind this endeavor, You shall be accountable for establishing the club and steering the team towards greatness.Â
The mission of this innovation program is to:
- Cultivate an environment that nurtures innovation and drives students towards their goals with fervor and determination
- Construct a platform for students to unveil their innovative ideas and master
- Facilitate the creation of opportunities for students by partnering with both on-campus and off-campus organizations.
- To encourage leadership development among students, form small teams within each college that promote change and provide opportunities for all members to lead.
Responsibilities of the Chief Innovator of Campalin Innovators Club
- Â As the Chief Innovator of Campalin Innovators club, you are responsible for establishing and developing the club in your college from scratch. You will be the driving force behind the club’s growth, and even after you graduate, your legacy will continue through newly elected leaders.
- You will lead a team of enthusiastic individuals who are committed to serving your college,students, and the community. Your role is to motivate and inspire them to work towards a common goal.
- You must create an environment that encourages students to participate in various opportunities to showcase their talents and skills, ultimately enhancing their employability. You must also leverage resources at your disposal, including Campalin platforms, to support student organizers at different levels of engagement.
- As the Chief Innovator, you must develop and execute strategic campaigns on campus to encourage student participation in intra-college and inter-college competitions and events. Your goal is to keep the spirit of competitiveness alive and create a thriving campus community.
Eligibility:
- Anyone who is currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in India – regular full-time course
- Anyone with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Anyone who wants to lead and change the way your college works toda
Structure of Campalin Innovators Club at your Institute:

- Campalin Chief Innovator – 1
- Campalin Lead Innovator- 2 to 3
- Campalin Innovator- 3 to 6
There will be 2 to 3 students who will be selected per college to lead the Campalin Innovators Club of their college and they will then select other members of the club.
